Richard founded the company as a full-service Web development
agency with a focus on interface design and strategic online
solutions for small to mid-size businesses in the Los Angeles
area. He has won fourteen awards for his creative development
skills. His career path is a result of his passion in compelling
technologies that enhance user experience. Furthermore,
his expertise in designing print collateral, advertising
and packaging make him a truly qualified professional in
all aspects of web and media services.
Previous Experience
Vice President of Creative Production - Guidance,
Inc.
Before starting Executionists, Inc., Richard spent 7 years
as Vice President of Creative Production at Guidance,
one of the most successful Web development firms in Southern
California. His responsibilities included managing and
building Guidance’s Creative group, User Experience
group, Rich Media group and Media and Entertainment Practice.
Later, he became responsible for the research and integration
of new-media applications within e-business and entertainment
projects. Guidance continues as one of Executionists
key clients.
Partner & Creative Director at The Tuesday Group,
Inc.
At the Tuesday Group, Inc., Richard spent 3 years building
valuable experience in the fledgling interactive industry.
He produced fifteen CD-ROM’s, fifty interactive press
kits for featured films, interactive kiosks, web sites
and other multimedia presentations. His clients included
NATPE, Twentieth Century Fox, AT&T, Virgin Records,
Showtime, Paramount Pictures and New Line Cinema.
Art Direction - Graphic Design
From 1985 – 1994 Richard had a graphic design business
in Los Angeles. During this time he designed advertising,
package design, catalogs, and even a card that was presented
to the Pope by the Polish National Congress on his visit
to L.A.
Richard has a B.A. Degree in Art, California State University
of Northridge.
